What You’ll Do
- Ride along with our Donation Services Drivers to pick up donations from homes, businesses, and community events.
- Represent Goodwill with professionalism and kindness — greet donors, provide receipts, and handle all donations with care.
- Sort, pack, and load items to protect the quality of donations.
- Assist with navigation, safety checks, and communication while on the road.
- Accurately track pickups and assist with daily reporting.
- Help out at occasional Saturday community and fundraising drives.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (or 5+ years of related experience as a mover).
- 3 years of clean driving history.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs consistently.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
