Customer Service Representative – Motorcycle Gear & Accessories

About the Role
We’re looking for a level-headed, easygoing, and fast-moving Customer Service Representative who can confidently handle customer interactions, solve problems quickly, and keep things running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for our riders — answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every customer leaves happy.
This role has room to grow into a Customer Experience (CX) Manager position for the right person. Our current CX Manager will be moving into an Executive Assistant role, and we want to hire someone who can step into leadership down the road.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones, emails, and live chats with professionalism and a friendly tone
- Handle order issues, returns, and tricky customer situations with confidence
- Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM
- Keep calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Work closely with our warehouse and sales teams to ensure orders go out on time
- Master our tech tools (Gorgias, ReadyReturns, Shopify POS, etc.)

- Detail-oriented and reliable — you show up on time, every time
- Comfortable on the phone and great with people
- Able to handle challenging conversations without losing your cool
- Tech-savvy — quick to learn software and systems
- Fast worker who doesn’t cut corners
- Retail, e-commerce, or motorcycle industry experience is a plus

Schedule & Location
- Full-time, in-person at our Orange, CA showroom/office
- Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday coverage
Work Environment & Benefits:
- Casual, collaborative workspace
- Business hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with occasional overtime
- Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour, DOE
- Ten paid personal days per year (PTO 80 Hours) plus sick time
- Six paid holidays per year
