Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn E-commerce Assistant to support the daily operations of our online stores. You don’t need to know everything from the start — we provide SOPs and training. As long as you have the basics and a willingness to learn, there’s strong potential to grow into a core operations role.
Responsibilities:
- Organize inventory data and process daily orders
- Manage product packaging and coordinate shipping logistics
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle after-sales issues
- Assist in planning and executing promotions and holiday campaigns
- Support coordination between offline retail and online content operations
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Chinese and English, with a basic understanding of multi-platform e-commerce operations
- Prior experience (internship or school-related) in e-commerce preferred
- Bonus if proficient in tools like Excel, Canva, Photoshop, etc.
- Responsible, willing to work on-site daily, and comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented tasks

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
