Key Responsibilities
- Process daily orders based on customer requirements while ensuring all customer SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met
- Provide customer service via email and apps, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Accurately enter and manage data in the company system, ensuring orders are processed within the required lead time
- Collaborate with team members at the headquarters in South Korea
- Analyze SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) data to identify sales trends, pricing, top-selling products, and new product launches
- Utilize shipping software and customer portals to track order details
- Communicate daily with warehouse staff regarding carriers, pickups, and order statuses
- Monitor, manage, and update website content, including product listings and inventory levels
- Oversee back-order fulfillment and inventory availability
- Support the offline store team
- Ensure smooth communication with offline stores to optimize store operations and inventory management
- Coordinate product deliveries and logistics with offline stores to ensure seamless supply chain management
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and passion for beauty and skincare brands
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to conduct market research and identify current market trends
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer tools(e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws
Preferred Qualifications
- Korean/English bilingual proficiency (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean customers, vendors, the internal team, and the HQ.
Compensation
- $20-$30/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule
- Business hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch), Monday to Friday
