Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our online store(s). This role involves assisting with product listings, inventory updates, order fulfillment, customer service, and general support for our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Creating/Receiving purchase orders, Amazon FBA shipment and labels; Shipment quotation and FBA shipment reconcile
- Assist the current Product Manager in Creating/Updating listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, etc.
- Process orders and replacement and provide excellent customer service
- Responsible for all email and phone communication as customer service touchpoints
- General website maintenance, including visual merchandising on the site, identifying no-stocks, and refreshing category pages
- Coordinate with warehouse on incoming/outgoing logistics; Inventory investigation
- Partner with the E-commerce team on weekly product launches
- Other work tasks if needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an E-commerce area is a plus (Amazon, Walmart, eBay etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
· Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
· Excellent written, verbal and listening skills.
· The ability to work under pressure.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
