What You’ll Do:
As an essential part of our early learning team, you’ll:
- Support daily classroom operations alongside the Lead and Assistant Teachers
- Help implement Creative Curriculum and Conscious Discipline
- Be present during all child-service hours to maintain a 1:10 ratio
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Assist with classroom setup, clean-up, meal service, and child supervision
- Participate in lesson planning, behavior tracking, and family engagement events
What We’re Looking For:
Education/Experience:
- CDA preferred or a desire to work toward early childhood education credentials
- Experience in child care or ECEAP preferred
Required Certificates (or willingness to obtain):
- CPR/First Aid
- Food Worker Card
- Bloodborne Pathogen Certificate
- Valid driver’s license & insurance

- Ability to support children with trauma, delays, or special needs
- Comfort with lesson support, documentation (TSG), and classroom tech
