Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a talented Ecommerce Strategy and Operations Manager, Marketplaces to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations for Pixi, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Meta across all markets.
- Managing day-to-day operations for Chinese marketplaces, such as Tmall, JD.com, and WeChat.
- Optimizing product listings to ensure high visibility and engagement across digital marketplaces.
- Navigating and resolving issues related to account standings, listing restrictions, or any marketplace-related challenges.
- Collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and content for online listings.
- Managing promotional campaigns across various markets to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Ensuring that all listings align with Pixi's branding guidelines, and that they adhere to marketplace-specific requirements.
- Analyzing performance metrics to strategize and implement improvements in listing quality.
- Developing an integrated Chinese e-commerce and social commerce strategy.
- Developing a best-in-class Pixi LIVE commerce go-to-market strategy across all platforms.
- Researching and identifying new platform features and opportunities for Pixi Beauty products.
- Supporting quarterly strategic growth planning and presenting to Senior Leadership Team.
- Exploring new international platforms to develop a strategic marketplace roadmap.
- Partnering with the operations team to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment for marketplace orders.
- Generating regular performance reports detailing sales volume, marketplace health, and customer reviews/feedback.
- Liaising with customer service to address and resolve product or delivery issues highlighted by customers on marketplaces.
- Working closely with the digital marketing team to cohesively advertise and promote products across platforms.
- Collaborating with the EMEA account management team to ensure stock availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional consistency.
- Sharing insights from marketplace analytics with the wider team to inform broader marketing and sales strategies.
- Work closely with Senior Management Team to enable maximum growth.
