Job Functions :
Assume responsibility for the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including but not limited to those on commercial vehicles, both within the shop and during roadside service.
Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close/confined quarters. Ability to work in varing temperatures and weather conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to roadside assistance calls in a timely and professional manner
Perform essential services such as jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fluid top-offs, and battery testing
Conduct basic vehicle checks and inspections, reporting any major concerns to the Service Advisor
Maintain service equipment and vehicles in a clean and operational condition
Follow proper procedures for safe vehicle handling and roadside operations
Maintain clear communication with customers and team members to support efficient service delivery
Maintain complete and accurate service records and documentation for each recovery
Utilize tools and materials efficiently to eliminate and minimize waste.
Follow all company safety policies and immediately report any incidents
Required Qualifications and Experience:
· A valid driver's license is necessary for roadside service and travel to various locations.
· Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy tires and work in varying weather conditions.
· You must provide your own hydraulic jack, gas can, socket set and breaker/impact bar. (Jump start and lockout kit will be provided by the company)
· Diagnostic Capabilities: Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
· Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Safety Awareness: Ability to adhere to safety protocols put in place by the organization.
· Must be authorized to work in the USA
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and MVR screening.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in automotive maintenance or roadside assistance preferred
Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and approaches problems with a methodical mindset
Pay $800-$1700 weekly (Paid by the job, daily or weekly. You get to choose!)
