Endocrinology PA / Nurse Practitioner – $100K + Productivity Bonus – No Weekends

MyEndo Health is a busy and growing endocrinology practice in Miramar, FL, focused on delivering high-quality, personalized care. We specialize in diabetes management, thyroid disorders, PCOS, obesity medicine, osteoporosis, and hormone therapy.
We are currently hiring a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our outpatient endocrinology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking for a full-time PA endocrinology or NP endocrinology role in South Florida.
Position Highlights:
- $100,000 annual base salary
- Productivity bonus based on patient volume and performance
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- No weekends, no nights, no hospital rounding
- 1099 Independent Contractor position (perfect for providers looking for flexible tax options)
Responsibilities:
- See patients with diabetes, thyroid conditions, obesity, PCOS, osteoporosis, and other endocrine disorders
- Conduct follow-ups and new patient evaluations for endocrinology care
- Manage medications, order labs, adjust treatment plans, and provide education
- Collaborate with the supervising endocrinologist for complex cases
- Use EMR systems for charting and documentation
- Provide diabetes education, obesity counseling, and thyroid management
- Must be fluent in Spanish (spoken) to serve our diverse patient population in South Florida
Qualifications:
- Active PA-C or Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
- Endocrinology experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome to apply
- Must speak Spanish fluently
- Comfortable managing diabetes care, thyroid disease, hormone therapy, PCOS, and weight management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians
