We’re expanding our Philadelphia-based team and hiring a high-energy Entry Level Account Manager to help manage customer accounts, drive sales, and deliver top-tier telecommunications service. In this Account Manager role, you will:
- Manage customer inquiries, service needs, and account updates
- Present and promote wireless and internet services to prospective customers
- Assist with customer onboarding, new account activations, and service upgrades
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage customer activity in our CRM
- Support daily and weekly sales goals for individual and team performance
- Manage follow-ups, resolve basic service issues, and ensure account satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach strategy and campaign growth
- Stay current on telecommunications product knowledge, service plans, and industry changes
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you’ll manage every stage of the customer experience rom first contact to onboarding and beyond. This isn’t a cold-call role or back-office position, you’ll be active in the field, building customer relationships, recommending the best service solutions, and learning how to manage accounts and drive sales performance. You’ll be trained on how to convert leads into closed accounts and develop a strong foundation in sales strategy and customer success.
