Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update office records, student records, and files
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage calendars
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Package student with Financial Aid awards
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and people skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic bookkeeping principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude
