Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in fostering an enriching educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and a passion for working with students. This role requires strategic planning and effective leadership to ensure the successful implementation of educational programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to enhance the educational experience for students.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization’s goals.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive curriculum development that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Engage with students, parents, and the community to promote educational initiatives and programs.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and assessment data.
Experience
- Proven experience in education administration, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong background in strategic planning and budgeting within an educational context.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, with experience supervising staff members.
- Experience working directly with students, understanding their needs, and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Knowledge of curriculum development processes and best practices in education.
4 months of training in NYC is required.
