We are currently hiring an enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our energetic outreach and sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, loves working with people, and wants to make an immediate impact in the sales and marketing industry.
Event Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Educate potential customers and donors on our clients’ missions, services, and impact.
- Collaborate with other Event Assistant team members to maximize event engagement, sales performance and visibility.
- Represent clients in a professional and approachable manner at community events and outreach programs.
- Support the setup, coordination, and execution of promotional and fundraising events.
- Maintain accurate reports on sales activity, community feedback, and event outcomes.
- Cultivate positive relationships with community members, customers, and team members alike.
- Provide constructive feedback to leadership to improve future campaigns.
Event Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, events, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Our Event Assistant candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to represent a brand with confidence and professionalism.

- Must have reliable transportation to commute to various event locations across the Nashville area.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
