ABOUT THIS POSITION
We know when our Event Operations Specialist are present, the set-up process runs smoothly, clients are happy, and the event is a success. Our Specialists are vital to the success of the set-up and dismantle process. Our Specialists must be experienced problem solvers and “big picture” thinkers – providing peace of mind. If there is a problem, it’s up to the Specialists to fix it, as they are responsible for the quality of the work that they oversee. It’s staying one step ahead, keeping an eye on the clock, changing orders on site – all to eliminate potential chaos.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the client and Express Kafeh in a professional manner
- Travel to shows, or offsite installation and manage projects to deadlines and consistently deliver against commitments
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are delivered on time and set up to our quality standards.
- Driving carefully and abiding by all traffic laws while following designated routes/schedules.
- Load/unload equipment and supplies out of the delivery van from storage units to the event location
- Keep the van clean and sanitized.
- Assist with any needs as asked by supervisor
- Alert Office Account Manager of any issues in a timely manner
- Setting up and breaking down the service space.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Must be flexible & team-oriented!
- Clean driving record (background check and driving record check will be conducted)
- Valid passport
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time within the US and Canada.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and level headedness.
- Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy.
- Experience and dependable driver with catering and food delivery experience
- Able to lift 65 lbs.
- Work in our South Florida warehouse when not traveling

- Great communication skills and the ability to remain calm and pleasant under a lot of stress
- Willing and able to travel extensively and work long and odd hours
- Willing and able to work in the warehouse when not on the road
- Must thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
