Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level organizational, administrative, and personal support to CEO Tom Cuthbert and COO Sophia DeJong.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle setup/breakdown for groups and events.
- Track attendance, follow-ups, and recaps for classes and meetings.
- Support client onboarding processes.
- Coordinate food orders and logistics for meetings, office, and events.
- Prepare materials and reports for group meetings.
- Gather and compile data for operational reviews; provide status updates on tasks.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and team.
- Draft communications, handle administrative tasks, and conduct research.
- Contribute to special projects, including event planning and operational setups.
- Liaise with members and colleagues on behalf of executives.
- Manage workflows for onboarding/offboarding, billing, and program schedules.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong verbal/written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Top-notch organization and attention to detail.
- Proven time management to hit deadlines in a high-paced setting.
- Analytical/problem-solving skills; prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
- Relevant experience preferred but not required—ideal for ambitious starters.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting at desk/computer.
- Lift up to 20 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle for errands.
