RENOWNED Event Designs has a part time to full time personal assistant job open. Responsibilities include assisting with the following:
- Email management
- Marketing campaigns
- Setting and confirming meetings
- Staff scheduling for events and event management as needed
- Assisting with set up of events (70% of the work is on site setting up events)
- Personal assistant duties including but not limited to arranging home maintenance and needs, shopping for the house hold, bathing dogs/ house sitting, and other tasks assigned by the owners.
We think of this position of as the "catch all". This person has to be extremely organized, have a high attention to detail, able to take instructions, fast paced, computer savvy, able to travel with the company at times when needed, be able to find a solution to problems without major management. This person must be someone that can take a task list and get it done quickly, efficiently and be a person that can shift from one task to the next while finishing tasks from beginning to end. This person must be prepared to wear multiple hats and must be fast paced. 70% of this job is helping set up and taking down event on the weekend.
Currently this job requires a minimum of two 8 hour shifts in Gallatin a week with the option to roll into a salary position as the founders become more aquatinted with the assistant. Traveling to other cities may be required at times.
