Pay rate: $19.00 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Friday

Qualifications :
No prior experience is required (we will train you)
Available Monday through Friday, 15 hours per week
Ability to reliably commute to Antioch
Commitment to social justice and leadership
Passionate about learning and youth development: TK/K
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Must be able to provide a work permit
Must be able to provide 2 reference letters
Preferred: Able to practice open, clear, and consistent communication and commitment to participate in professional development.
Responsibilities :
Support and maintain a safe and emotionally supportive environment
Collaborate with adult instructors to support their (youth-driven curriculum)
Model BACR Best Practices (See employee handbook for Best Practices)
Actively supervise and ensure student safety at all times
Model positive and proactive attitudes, behaviors, and language
