Requirements for applicants:
- At least 3 years of dental assisting experience
- Must be willing to work the hours provided below (with the occasional need to stay an hour before or after depending on patient/practice needs)
- Must be good at multitasking, problem solving, and a cooperative team player
DENTAL ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment for each patient
- Setting up dental rooms for patients dental procedures
- Restocking rooms/inventory
- Organizing and setting up instruments for procedures
- Taking x-rays
- Taking impressions
- Can fabricate temps
- Assisting during dental procedures. (Extractions, Implant placements, Crowns, Root Canals, Invisalign)
- Making patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
- Some front desk duties
