Summary
As a Shift Leader at Wingstop, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is essential for maintaining our mission of providing the ultimate flavor experience and leading a team that is passionate about what they do.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
- Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate POS transactions.
- Assist in training new staff on food service protocols and customer engagement techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Support management in achieving budget goals through effective cost control measures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budgeting or cost control is a plus.
