*Overview* We are currently seeking an Expo to join our team. The Expo plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations in a fast-paced culinary environment. *Duties* - Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers - Ensure that all dishes are prepared correctly and in a timely manner - Garnish and plate dishes according to set standards - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to maintain efficiency - Assist in food preparation tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area *Skills* - Experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operations - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting - Hospitality-oriented mindset with attention to detail - Previous experience in banquet or food service is a plus
