We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a welcoming attitude.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist with calendar management.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective office management and workflow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
