We operate as a team across all dealerships in the Sacramento area. We value reliability, teamwork, and customer service. The Facilities Repair Technicians role in the company is to to keep our facilities safe, functional, and in top condition.


Position Summary


Facilities Repair Technician performs a variety of building maintenance, equipment repair, and groundskeeping tasks. This is a hands-on role where you’ll troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, and keep our dealerships running smoothly.


Pay Scale

• Base hourly rate ranges between: $18.50 – $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and equipment repairs across multiple dealership facilities
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify repairs, hazards, and safety concerns
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and HVAC tasks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working order
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests
• Assist with event setup/teardown and other operational support tasks
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance, handyman, or facilities repair experience preferred
• Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions
• Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Occasional evenings or weekends for urgent repairs or special projects
