Position Summary
Facilities Repair Technician performs a variety of building maintenance, equipment repair, and groundskeeping tasks. This is a hands-on role where you’ll troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, and keep our dealerships running smoothly.
Pay Scale
- Base hourly rate ranges between: $18.50 – $25.00 per hour
- Perform routine building maintenance and equipment repairs across multiple dealership facilities
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify repairs, hazards, and safety concerns
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and HVAC tasks
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working order
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests
- Assist with event setup/teardown and other operational support tasks
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications
- Prior maintenance, handyman, or facilities repair experience preferred
- Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions
- Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional evenings or weekends for urgent repairs or special projects
