Since 1984, we have been the premier family entertainment destination on Long Beach Island, NJ, with 18 amusement rides, a 12,000+ square foot arcade, boardwalk games and multiple food venues. As a Fantasy Island team member, you will play an integral role in creating lifelong memories for our guests and their families, all while working with friends and making new ones along the way!

- Ride Operator: Our Ride Operators are committed to creating a safe, fun-filled experience for our guests of all ages. Operate rides such as our classic carousel, Hang Ten coaster, the thrilling Atlantic Scrambler and more!
- Game Attendant: Create an energetic environment for our guests as they play to win keepsake prizes to remember their LBI vacation by.
- Arcade Attendant: Bring the fun to our arcade by assisting guests with games, helping them pick out the perfect prize at the redemption counter and more.
- Food and Beverage: Serve up delicious treats and meals all summer long at one of our various food venues including Surfside Snack Shack, Scoops Up Ice Cream Parlor, and Shark Bites Grille.
- Guest Services: Our Guest Services Team Members are responsible for welcoming our guests with friendly first impression, providing park information, and executing transactions for Fun Cards, ride passes and more.
- Party Host: Help make birthday and other celebrations one to remember! Play games, build excitement, and make sure every detail is covered so that our guests can focus on having fun.

REQUIREMENTS
- High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated demeanor required.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and support other team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in outdoor elements when required.
- Must be able to interact and get along with different types of people and personalities of all ages.
- Must have excellent communications skills and ability to provide the highest quality guest service.
- Must have reliable transportation to report promptly for scheduled shifts.
