We are looking for a dedicated and energetic In Office or In House Member Service Representative to join our Customer Support department on a full-time, hourly basis. As a key point of contact for our members, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service in a professional and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an office setting, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about building positive relationships with customers. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and enthusiasm for helping others will be the cornerstone of our success.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of products, services, and policies to assist members effectively.
- Resolve member issues with a focus on delivering a positive experience during every interaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members across the department to achieve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Support operational tasks such as account updates, forms processing, and administrative duties as needed.
- Proactively identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes and member outcomes.
- Uphold company values and contribute to a supportive and inclusive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer support or member service environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and tact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

The pay range for this role is:
29 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Bridgeport, Connecticut, US))
