Stuteville Ford of Atoka is looking for an experienced and motivated F&I Manager to join our team and help deliver a top-notch car-buying experience. This role is responsible for securing financing, preparing legal documentation, and offering extended service contracts and protection products to customers purchasing new and used vehicles. The F&I Manager ensures every deal is completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with legal and dealership requirements.

Responsibilities
- Present financing options clearly and professionally to customers
- Offer and sell extended warranties and aftermarket protection products
- Prepare and review all required documents for accuracy and legal compliance
- Collaborate with lenders to secure competitive financing terms
- Maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ensure smooth handoff from the Sales team to F&I
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Support dealership goals through teamwork and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 2+ years of F&I experience required
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Professional appearance and a confident, outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Tech-savvy with experience using dealership software (Reynolds or Ford systems a plus)
