Overview:
ELCO Chevrolet Cadillac is excited to announce an immediate opening for a full time Finance Manager located at our dealership showroom in Ballwin, MO. This position is responsible for producing revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new and used vehicle customers. With income potential exceeding 200K and four days off in a row each month, this is the ideal opportunity for a successful Finance Manager looking to take their career to the next level!
Responsibilities:
- Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
- Works sub-prime and secondary business market leads.
- Processes all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction.
- Checks all paperwork for correct title, identification, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting.
- Seeks new lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and finance programs continually.
- Trains the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance and extended service programs.
- Works closely with the general sales manager to establish sales department goals and objectives and ensures that they are achieved.
- Develops and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the last 3 years (DUI/DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be willing to take a preemployment drug screening test.
- Must be able to work every Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm.
- Must have at least two years of recent experience as a Finance/Business Manager at an automotive dealership.
