Summary
As a Restoration Technician at Courtesy Care Restoration, you will be instrumental in restoring properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage. This role is vital in fulfilling our mission of delivering high-quality service while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities
- Perform water damage restoration services including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Conduct fire restoration tasks such as smoke removal and structural repairs.
- Execute mold remediation processes to ensure safe environments for clients.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various restoration tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during projects.
- Communicate with clients regarding the restoration process and address any concerns they may have.
- Document all work performed for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on water, fire, or mold damage.
- Strong knowledge of restoration techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent cleaning skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
