We are seeking an experienced water damage mitigation technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the water damage restoration industry and be proficient in using dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, fans, and duct dryers. The technician will respond to water damage calls, assess the damage, and implement mitigation procedures. The technician will also work with homeowners and insurance companies to manage claims.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to water damage calls and assess the damage
- Implement mitigation procedures, including water extraction, drying, and mold remediation
- Work with homeowners and insurance companies to manage claims
- Provide detailed documentation of work performed
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the water damage restoration industry
- Proficient in the use of dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, fans, and duct dryers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and good driving record

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
