Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail flooring & countertop sales or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for working up quotes and orders
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays
