Position Overview:
As a Food Runner, you'll be an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring that dishes are delivered promptly and accurately to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
Efficiently delivering dishes to the correct tables and ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Checking orders for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies with kitchen or serving staff.
Providing attentive service to guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests when necessary.
Assisting with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
