We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our initiatives aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide administrative support related to program documentation and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with social work professionals to address the behavioral health needs of participants.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management and program development within the social services sector.
- Familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is essential.
- Strong relationship management skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders effectively.
- Administrative experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in program management and supervising staff members.
