Experienced Forman Glazier Or Superintendent wanted at Commercial Glass & Metal in Joplin, Mo.
Pay starts at $28-$35 an hour, then goes up based on experience. We offer profit sharing for lead glaziers on jobs through out the year. We also offer relocation assistance, please ask us if that is a concern. We are a fast growing family owned business and are looking for people that want to grow with us!
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a glass glazier.
- Willing to work alongside motivated to learn team members.
- Strong knowledge of glass and metal fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in relevant hand and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to oversee and manage jobs start to finish.
