What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow a customer portfolio through cold outreach, referrals, and strong relationship-building.
- Source and negotiate with reliable carriers to move freight efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Manage shipments from booking to delivery using modern TMS and communication tools.
- Handle rate confirmations, carrier contracts, and all load documentation with attention to detail.
- Stay ahead of market trends and capacity shifts to offer smart solutions and pricing.
- Deliver the kind of customer service that builds trust and long-term partnerships.
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of experience as a freight broker, logistics coordinator, or in transportation sales.
- Deep understanding of carrier networks, lanes, and rate negotiation.
- Experience using TMS platforms and logistics technology.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry and load tracking.
- Confidence in managing contracts and pricing in a competitive market.
