Job Summary

Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor, performs a variety of clerical tasks involved in processing mail, closing case files, and processing domestic relations cases.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail. Bundles outgoing mail and delivers to mail room for mailing.
  • Assists in closing case files.
  • Schedules cases in accordance with the master calendar and sends notices to clients. Mails proposed orders to appropriate parties.
  • Assists in processing tax intercepts.
  • Assists in other areas of the court when necessary.

Qualifications

  • High school graduation or equivalent.
  • Three to six months of general office experience. Ability to type and operate a computer terminal and other general office equipment.

Paid Time Off:
