Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures.
- Accurately handle reservations and room assignments.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
- Support overall front office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using phones, computers, and office equipment.
- Bilingual skills and experience with hotel management systems are a plus.
