Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a busy dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using Dentrix software.
- Review and maintain patient documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with filing and organizing patient records in a computerized system.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments as needed.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using TDO dental software is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation review and filing processes.
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in office software applications.
