Front Desk & Child Care Position Available
At our facility, our goal is to ensure every member feels welcome and supported in every way. We’re currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic individual to join our team as a Front Desk and Child Care Associate. As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information
- Maintain cleanliness of gym equipment, restrooms, and common areas (frequent cleaning required)
- Prepare and serve smoothies
- Provide attentive and responsible care for children in our daycare area from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Utilize computerized systems for member check-ins and other tasks
- Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with computers and basic software applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented
