MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and a friendly demeanor to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, providing information and directing inquiries as needed.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Schedule appointments and manage reservations efficiently.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs while ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Requirements
- 1. Answering calls
- 2. Intake (Referrals)
- A. Check if all necessary information is provided on HH Referral
- B. Confirm PCP/Call MD office and Make sure Dr. will follow up
- C. Verify Doctor's NPI
- D. Contact patient to Welcome /Complete intake form.
- E. Follow up with Patient until Patient is ready to be seen
- F. Add patient to DSL + TigerConnect
- G. Upload referral, INTAKE, Eligibility / Note Authorization with Expiration Date
- H. Add Delayed SOC order If needed. / Document/add all Communications
- I. Request Recent DC Summary, Labs, etc. All pertinent information
- J. Add Google Doc's.
- K. Create Chart Folder
- 3. Communication with Staff Via Tiger Connect
- A. Assist staff with Frequencies, missed, late staffing.
- B. Find Coverage for staff who are on vacation/time off.
- C. Update Tigerconnect as carestaff added
- 4. Staffing/ Plotting
- A. Plot to DSL Calendar
- B. Follow-up with SOC, EVALs, Re-EVALs, Recerts, ROC's
- C. ADD/UPDATE staffing Log and Notify staff.
- D. Print schedule for RN.
