We’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator with Chiropractic or Medical billing experience who can juggle tasks with a smile and keep our front office running smoothly. If you're a natural multitasker who loves helping people, we want to hear from you! Saturday mornings are needed to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Handle scheduling and appointment management
- Ensure patients leave happy and cared for
- Manage insurance and chiropractic billing processes
- Keep the front office organized and efficient
- Verify insurance coverage
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in chiropractic billing (required)
- Dependable and punctual work ethic

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
