Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle filing, proofreading, and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized schedules through calendar management, coordinating appointments for staff as required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and communication.
- Assist with office management tasks including inventory control of supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with clients over the phone.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficient computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Prior experience in administrative roles or office management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is beneficial but not mandatory.
