Front Desk Medical Receptionist
Experience with health insurance highly preferred.

Busy dermatology practice seeks highly motivated, cheerful and personable receptionist to join our team!
Duties include:
- answering multi-line phone
- scheduling appointments
- verifying health insurance
- collecting co-payments
- clean and maintain reception area
- preparing charts
We use paper medical charts and an electronic scheduling system so you must be able to learn computer system.
We are looking for an applicant who has excellent customer service and communication skills, is detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Kindness and no drama is key.
