Hours:
- Monday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We’re seeking a Professional Front Desk Coordinator who is Friendly, Outgoing, Organized and Reliable to be the welcoming face of Dogwood Dental Spa and Dogwood Face & Body, our integrated dental and aesthetic wellness practices in Waxhaw, NC.
We are a small practice looking to grow and take care of the many needs of our patients and new Cliental.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for both dental and medspa services
- Managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and care
- Checking patients in and out, handling payments, and verifying insurance
- Coordinating patient flow and maintaining a smooth schedule
- Supporting both clinical teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Educating patients on available treatments, promotions, and scheduling options
Qualifications:
- Front desk or administrative experience in a dental office -must know Dental terminology and procedures.
- Experience or interest in aesthetics/medspa services a plus
- Proficiency with dental or medical scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, calm, and professional communication style
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
