About Us:
Bishops is a modern, unisex salon that offers high-quality haircuts, color, and grooming services in a fun and welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's booking system
- Provide information about services, pricing, and promotions
- Handle transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area
- Assist stylists and staff with light administrative tasks as needed
- Promote retail products and encourage client engagement with salon services
- Manage client inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (salon experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling software and handling phone calls
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Passion for beauty, fashion, or the salon industry is a plus
- Part Time Must be available to work One Weekend Day. Full time Must be available Two Weekend Days (Weekend days are considered Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
