Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Receptionist to join our team. Essential Functions:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Monitor visitor log and enforce access control procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization
- Oversee the purchase and service of office equipment
- Order and issue office supplies, stationery, business cards, and forms
- Manage internal and external mail processing and distribution
- Ensure prompt and courteous service for visitors and callers
- Arrange travel and accommodations as needed
- Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform duties
- Coordinate building and systems maintenance with external vendors and internal maintenance teams
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
