Job Summary
We are looking for individuals with an outgoing personality and a passion for helping patients have a better quality of life. The Joint Chiropractic is seeking dynamic and energetic candidates to join our team as Wellness Coordinators. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will play an important role in providing exceptional patient services while contributing to the success of our membership based model of health care.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent service to all of our patients!
- The Wellness Coordinators primary responsiblity is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.
- Greeting patients upon their arrival and checking them in to see our Chiropractic Physicans.
- Answering patient phone calls.
- Recongnizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with all team members.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of the office.
- Confidence in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
- Competing sales transactions efficiently and accurately, providiing a seamless experience for patients.
- Address patient issues with professionalism and based on putting our patients first, in order to provide a positive patient experience and build long lasting relationships.

Requirements
- Outgoing personality with a BIG heart and a genuine passion for promoting wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with our patients.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fast paced enviroment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
