At Chick-fil-A Bremen, this role is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to grow. You’ll gain real-world experience in communication, teamwork, and leadership in a supportive, fast-paced environment. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, and we’re especially looking for availability on weekdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 14 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to safely and comfortably handle kitchen tools, equipment, and shelving at various heights
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills are important for following procedures and taking orders
- Able to work on your feet and stay active in a hot, fast-paced, and sometimes noisy environment
- Comfortable moving around during your shift and staying engaged throughout
- Able to stay calm, focused, and efficient - even during busy times
- Flexible and quick to adapt when changes or edits come in
- A clear communicator who can work well with others
- A team player who's ready to help wherever needed
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once with a positive attitude
- Must be able to withstand temperatures outside for minimal periods at a time (with appropriate gear provided)
- Dependable and punctual - we count on you to show up for your scheduled shifts
