Tony's Tacos - FOH Team Member Guide
Role Purpose
As a FOH team member, you are the face of Tony's Tacos. Whether you're greeting guests, running food, stocking the dining area, or taking orders - you create the first and last impression. Your job is to bring the energy, keep it clean, and move with purpose. And most importantly - you're serving one of the best tacos ever made with pride and passion.
Core Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Smile, make eye contact, and greet every guest within 5 seconds
- Use friendly, upbeat language - be warm, never robotic
- Help guests with the menu and answer questions confidently
- Handle problems with a great attitude - always get a manager if unsure
Cleanliness & Stocking
- Keep your station clean and fully stocked
- Handle all cleaning duties during and after shifts
Teamwork & Hustle
- Stay moving - Mike's policy is: "There's always something to do. Don't wait for me to kick your butt - kick your own."
- Keeping your position covered is important, but helping others once your station is solid goes a long way toward promotion
- Communicate clearly and with respect with kitchen and managers
- Bring good energy every shift - it's contagious
Appearance & Standards
- Arrive in full, clean uniform, polo tucked in at all times - no Crocs allowed
- Hair neat, nails clean, and jewelry minimal
- Wear your name tag and smile proudly - a guest review that mentions you by name can make a big impact on your path to promotion. You're part of something special.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 45 per week
