Montessori school in Plano & Frisco is seeking an experienced front office with good leadership skills and pleasant personality. English must be primary language. Experience in Early Childhood education or Montessori education would be a plus. The applicant should be able to multitask and should have good communication in verbal and writing skills.
Effective office, time management, and organizational skills., Computer literate, Well-versed with Windows, word processing(preferably MS Word), spreadsheets(Excel), desktop publishing, and database management .Should have passion for kids and be able to step in to the classrooms if needed.
Greet Parents everyday and able to help out parents with their daily questions. Should have the ability to do tours in absence of the Directors and Head of school.
Make sure to order office supplies on regular basis and keeping track of the inventory.
Able to do bus runs to field trips for summer.
