BECOMING OUR HOTEL FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
As our Hotel Front Office Manager, you'll have a full-time schedule and act as the Manager on Duty when the General Manager is off. Your typical day will include market inventory management, ordering supplies, handling scheduling for breakfast and front desk teams, supporting group reservations, and stepping in to assist the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping departments when needed. Be the leader who brings our vision to life! All that you need is the following:
- Front desk supervisor/manager experience is a must
- Home2 Suites or Hilton experience would be great; PEP knowledge even better
- Flexibility to cover any shift as needed, including night audit, weekends and holidays
