Busy Multi-Specialty Medical office needs an experienced full time receptionist to work in our Pawling, Brewster, Carmel and occasionally our Jefferson Valley and Yorktown offices.
This position requires you be able to work a flexible work schedule, and be comfortable traveling to a different office several times a week, reliability is a must. You will become familiar with the work flow of all five offices. You will have a set schedule each week, but flexibility is very important for this role.
Your role as receptionist will require you to be able to navigate our EMR, handle heavy phone volume, scan, fax, email, schedule and confirm appointments, collect patient demographic data, collect patient balances, and most importantly we expect all employees to be kind and courteous to our patients and co-workers.
Experience in a medical office is necessary for this position.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
